Our almond harvest usually begins in August which is followed by the walnut harvest in October.  We do not do any commercial harvesting.  We harvest our own on about 750 acres of Almonds, and 150 acres of Walnuts.

All of our almonds are brought to our almond huller and sheller.  There the hulls and shells are removed, the almonds are then brought to a local plant where they are packaged and distributed.
