We harvest our white and bi-color sweet corn June through September in Manteca, CA.  We also procure sweet corn from April through June from the Imperial Valley of California.  Our supersweet varieties are all hand-picked at night and brought to our packing shed we call "The Hub".

Here at our packing shed, all the sweet corn is run through our hydro cooler to take out the field heat.  This process brings the temperature of the corn near 32° F.  Then it is packed into cartons, bins, RPC's, or other various ways and stored in our cooler rooms before shipment.  All corn is then top-iced before shipping.
