We grow a variety of winter squash including Castilla, Acorn, Butternut, Kabocha, Spaghetti, Banana, and many more.  We harvest nearly all our squash at the end of summer and fall months.

All of our squash is brought into our packing shed, "The Hub", where it is brushed to remove field dirt then packaged in cartons and bins.
