Our watermelons are harvested June through October in Manteca, CA.  We also have growers in Bakersfield, CA (June through July) and Coachella, CA (May through June) as well as suppliers in Nogales, AZ - Deming, NM - Phoenix, AZ - Yuma, AZ and Hermiston, OR to supply our customers year-round.  We grow seeded, seedless, and miniature personal size varieties of watermelons.  Each year we are researching for new and improved varieties to better fit our customers.  New farming practices; including transplants, plastic mulch, and drip irrigation have greatly increased productivity and quality.

All of our melons are brought from the field into our packing shed, which we call "The Hub".  There they are brushed to bring out their natural shiny luster and then packed.  We pack and size these watermelons in 2/3 (24") cardboard bins or in cartons.  In these various packs, we are able to size them by a certain count or weight.
